Cravings.....

For the 1st 6 weeks that I have been feeling sick I can say that not one food item sounded good to me. I just felt terrible. Then, Einstein bagels really hit the spot. I started to turn a corner at that point & started to crave cheeseburgers....until this past Saturday when I ate too much of one. It left a bad feeling with me all day & I think I'm done with cheeseburgers. Hopefully not forever. Then chicken salads from Willy's really were working for me....until yesterday when I got brave & had a burrito with salad dressing.....jury is still out on Willy's.
Today........it's grapefruit & cheese grits. From Goldberg's. Yum.
I'll keep you posted. I know that this is SO fascinating for you. What were your food cravings?

Citrus and/or carbs...but I always chose the the good ole grilled cheese/french fries carb meal over the citrus the first go around...on #2 I had learned my lesson! Citrus 75% over the good ole carbs! I got my growth chart yesterday from your dad!!! YOU ARE AMAZING DAVIS!!!! So cute, just so cute! GUess what, here I am with the girls at Chik-fil-A and who is sitting next to me, but Brooke Allen....we just chatted and our little girls traded their toys in for Ice cream together, and we talked about how talented you are! CHeers to the carbs...it's a girl!

I'm right there with you. Tuesday I saw an outback commercial and grabbed my keys, my boys and went straight there to get cheese fries. WHAT IS THIS??? thankfully so far I haven't gained much but if I keep going at this rate I'll need a TV show to help me! :)

OH about the diapers ... I joined diaperswappers.com to get some information ... it's a bit one sided though.

There is also a mommy forum here and I posted a pros/cons forum there. One of the cons I got was that clothes don't fit as well and that you have to go one size up ...

I'm also wondering about cost if it really is that much of a savings. If you buy size ones then you have to buy a TON upfront and keep buying as they grow. If you buy the one size fits all then I wonder how big they really are and how clothes really fit.

I'm thinking about buying a few of the bum genusis 3.0 and trying them on Pace but then every child is different and I'm not sure if #3 will be the same as him.

One other thing I heard was that they are not as absorbant so you change more diapers and that some people actually do a combo of cloth/sposies b/c they do not want to wake their child at night.

I'm leaning more toward sposies now just because with 2 other kids I don't think I have the effort to put into this?

Jury is still out and I'm still looking into it. Let me know what you find out as well.

I'm growing a vegetarian. I still can not hold down any meat. This is really interfering with my new love for wing sauce.
